WE GOT THIS. EMPOWERING WOMEN to act as agents of social change.
The women who brought the Junior League movement to Madison over 30 years ago had a desire to serve our community, grow as leaders and create life lasting friendships and connections.
Our dedication to this mission continues today, as we promote voluntarism, develop the potential of women and improve our community. This year, we will continue our work in developing youth leadership through our partnership with Cherokee Middle School. Further, our members will dedicate hundreds of volunteer hours to host our All Dressed Up event, providing area girls the opportunity to “shop” for their prom dress, free of charge. Through this event, we significantly reduce the economic barrier to prom, thus allowing more women to attend and feel beautiful on their special night. At the same time, our community research team will continue to review potential partnerships for future endeavors.
Thank you for your interest in the Junior League of Madison. Whether you become a Member, a friend of the League, a community partner, or sponsor of our impactful work, I welcome you.
